Though our Turkey Christmas dinners, that’s another story. With local turkey served with pigs in blankets, chestnut stuffing, fresh cranberries, pan gravy, baton carrots, Brussels, roast potatoes, and red cabbage. It’s certainly a treat to indulge with some greyhound racing and a bet or two.
