As part of our commitment to keeping our staff and our customers safe, we have adopted all the government’s Covid-19 Secure guidelines along with many extras of our own for that added security. You can be confident you are in the best possible care when visiting Towcester Racecourse, if you have any concerns or recommendations, there will be a member of our team available at all times to assist you. We simply ask that you follow and respect all signs across the racecourse as they are in place for your safety and the safety of our staff.

Yes. We have plenty of hand sanitiser stations located in and around the stadium for you to use.

Yes. Pre-booking is essential for hospitality to guarantee space and manage Towcester Racecourse capacity levels. We will not be able to accept walk-ins until further notice, so pre-booking is required for admission too. Please see ‘Can I make a booking on the day?’ for details on our online cut-off time.

Bookings can be made online on any one of our Hospitality pages (Empress RestaurantVip BoxesBar 4000) or on our Book Now page. You can also book via email at info@towcester-racecourse.co.uk or over the phone at 0800 304 7700 and our friendly staff will be able to assist you.

Online booking cut off for Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evening is 11 am on the day after this please call. For Sunday online cut-off is 11 pm Saturday evening, again please call after this time. We cannot guarantee tables will be available at late notice so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

In line with current government guidelines, bookings at present will be restricted to tables of 6 or a maximum of 2 households sitting together – though this will be reviewed as guidelines change. For future bookings post, covid restrictions please either email info@towcester-racecourse.co.uk or 0800 304 7700 and our friendly staff will be able to assist you.

To help keep everyone safe and adhere to current guidelines you will be assigned a table for the night at the time of booking, and this will be your table throughout the event.

Guests will be required to stay seated whilst consuming food and drinks, when using the toilet facilities or smoking area or viewing balcony mask must be worn and social distancing adhered to.

Our toilets are checked and cleaned hourly. If there is anything not to the standard you expect then please bring this to our attention.

When you arrive at your table this will be explained in detail to you by a member of our staff but in summary, we will be operating a table service for betting, food, and drinks. Staff members will be allocated to your tables to provide this.

Yes – however, we encourage all guests to use contactless or Debit and credit cards wherever possible. Card is accepted throughout the Stadium apart from on the Tote, Tote betting remains cash only so please bring this with you.

Yes – your contact information you provided will be taken at the time of your booking and kept securely adhering to GDPR for 21 days. On arrival, you will also be asked to scan our Covid-19 QR Code to check into our venue via the NHS App. Please download the NHS App before arrival to speed up the check-in process.

Menus are available at our website on any of our Hospitality pages (Empress RestaurantVip BoxesBar 4000)

Your tote operator and server will introduce themselves upon your arrival.

We will be using wipeable menus and contactless menus, tables will be allocated and that will be your designated table for the duration of the evening. The waiting staff will explain in detail on the evening how it all works. If you have any questions or concerns, please raise these with management as we want to ensure you are happy with the service you will receive.

Supervisors and Management will always be on-site to ensure you always have someone to attend to you during your visit.

Currently, Bar 4000 food is available for pre-booked Fab 5 packages only.

Unfortunately, we can only allow food and drink purchased at Towcester Racecourse to be consumed on-site.

Children are welcome to the Stadium, 16 and under are free admission, when booking your adult tickets please make a note of how many under 16’s are attending.

For hospitality packages for children please book this separately from your adult booking, all prices can be viewed on our website. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Yes, all customers above the age of 18 will receive a race card and disposable pens are available upon request.

Yes, you will be welcome to go outside on the steppings if you are in Bar 4000, if you are in the hospitality areas you will be welcome to go onto the viewing balcony. When going outside masks must be worn and social distancing adhered to. Trainers will be allocated to the left side of the terrace coming out of the bar, owners and the public must stay on the right-hand side. You must smoke and vape outside.

All our staff serving tables will be wearing face coverings.

Yes, please let the security aware on arrival and they will make sure you can park closer to the venue. Our lift will be available to use, but only for one person plus a carer at any one time. The lift will be cleaned and sanitised as part of our enhanced cleaning schedule.

There are some minor restrictions within Towcester Racecourse, areas have clear TV screens to view races so wherever you are sat, you will be able to view the racing as well as our viewing balcony for hospitality.

At this time, we will not be facilitating on-site bookmakers. The Tote will be the only source of betting within Towcester Racecourse.

Restrictions in movement apply to everyone. Unfortunately, trainers will not be able to visit tables anywhere in the stadium where owners and the general public are.

We will have social distancing officers and security located around the stadium. We are all in this together and your safety, as well as ours, is the top priority. We will work in accordance with the current guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.

Yes. You will be able to stand up, but please be considerate to those around you.

Parking is still available for all our customers and is currently free. On race days please use the rear entrance to the racecourse via Heathencote. Please follow our guidance and instructions when walking from your car to the Towcester Racecourse entrance.

Our dress code is smart casual both in the restaurant and bar areas.

You can place Win, Place, Forecast, Trio, and Pick 6 Jackpot bets on the tote.

Races can vary from 10 races – 14 races depending on the event.
