Yes, Towcester Racecourse can accommodate large group bookings. There is no strict limit to how many people can come as one party – groups of all sizes are welcome.
For very large bookings (such as 50+ people), it’s best to contact the hospitality team directly, as they can assist with tailored arrangements (group seating, private areas, or group discounts if available). The team will ensure your party is seated together and help coordinate any special requests for big groups.

(In the Empress Restaurant & VIP Boxes) When you arrive at your table this will be explained in detail to you by a member of our staff but in summary, we will be operating a table service for betting, food, and drinks. Staff members will be allocated to your tables to provide this.

(In Bar 4000) Please go up to the Bar for food and drinks. We have a betting station located next to the Bar where our Tote will be.

(Outside) Please go into the Bar 4000 to get food and drinks or use our outside bars located outside. Betting does not go outside, however the bookies are located outside. We also have an outside bar which you can go up to and order a drink from.

The waiting staff will explain in detail on the evening how it all works – from taking drink orders (unless pre-ordered) to how the tote works. If you have any questions or concerns, please raise these with management as we want to ensure you are happy with the service you will receive.

Bar food is available from our Café in the Bar 4000. Menus will be available all around the Bar and can be given to you at request. Please pay at the counter.
