COVID T&C’s

Due to COVID Guidelines Please Note Details Below.

On arrival, you will be directed by our car park staff where to safely park and guided to your hospitality area. Any guests with disabilities may be dropped at the reception entrance however the car must immediately be escorted back to the car park or exit.

All guests must head directly to their booked hospitality area via reception on the ground floor and remain seated for the duration of their visit to any of our restaurant/bar/VIP box areas. Waitress and tote table service will be provided.

Please check-in at the Entrance – No bookings will be taken at the gate or entrance due to track and trace. Please bring with you a copy of your booking confirmation, either on email or a printed paper copy.

No Spectators will be allowed outside due to the current restrictions to us as a sporting venue set in place by the government and the greyhound racing governing body. All guests must stay inside the buildings to view racing on screens.

Sanitizing gel will be provided on each table, also various sanitising stations will be placed around each area – please use these where possible.

CANCELLATION T&C’s

Our Cancellation policy is 30 days for a full refund or 21 days 50% refund only. Or move to another date. By making a reservation with us and providing contact details you are opting into our marketing programme. If you do not wish to receive marketing material from ourselves please email the contact address on the email we send you with Unsubscribe as the subject.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Henlow Racing Limited cannot be liable for any adverse weather conditions short of notice to cancel a meeting no refunds will be given but will give an option to choose another date to be arranged within 3 months to the same value as booked in the restaurant. Your reservation may be cancelled without any prior notice, should you refuse to make a payment on the dates due. Should you require to make changes/cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period, these conditions will apply: 4 weeks before or You will be able to choose an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying (if any) the price difference), or receive a 50% refund 3 weeks before: but no refund is available 2 weeks or less or reservations: No refund or transfer is available on the night if you arrive with short in numbers to your party you will lose that payment.

While we make every effort to fulfil requests, no guarantee can be made as to where, in the restaurant/or other Seated Areas, you will be located a Table on 1st come Basis and we will go down in order of table numbers to complete areas. We require 100% of the booking value at the time of making the reservation.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

If due to COVID-19 your booking is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a full refund.
