As part of our commitment to keeping our staff and our customer safe we have adopted all the governments Covid-19 Secure guidelines along with many extras of our own for that added security. You can be confident you are in the best possible care when visiting Towcester Racecourse, If you have any concerns or recommendations, there will be a member of our team available at all times to assist you.

Yes. We have plenty of hand sanitiser stations located in and around the stadium for you to use.

Yes. Pre-booking is essential for any visit to allow us to manage Towcester Racecourse capacity levels. We will not be able to accept walk-ins until further notice.

Pending availability, booking can be up to 24 hours in advance.

Yes - In accordance with government guidelines.

To help keep everyone safe and adhere to current guidelines you will be assigned a table for the night at the time of booking and this will be your table throughout the event.

Guests will be required to remain seated subject to government guidelines.

Our toilets are checked and cleaned hourly. Cleaning staff are available on site for every meeting. If there is anything not to the standard you expect then please bring this to our attention.

When you arrive at your table this will be explained in detail to you by a member of our staff but in summary, we will be operating a table service and a tote operator and waiter will be allocated to specific tables to take your order and bets.

Yes – however, we encourage all guests to use contactless or Debit and credit card wherever possible. Card is accepted throughout the Stadium apart from on the Tote, Tote betting remains cash only.

Yes – your contact information you provided will be taken at the time of your booking and kept securely adhering to GDPR for 21 days.

Your tote operator and waiter will introduce themselves upon your arrival.

The waiting staff on the night will explain the processes in detail to ensure you are happy with the service you will receive.

Supervisors and Management will always be on site to ensure you always have someone to attend to you during your visit.

A substantial meal must be purchased with all packages in accordance with government guidelines.

Unfortunately, we can only allow food and drink purchased at Towcester Racecourse to be consumed on site.

Yes, all customers above the age of 18 will receive a race card.

Unfortunately, the front terracing is allocated for our owners and trainers.

All our staff serving tables will be wearing face coverings.

We race behind closed doors, until May 18th until we will once again open our doors to the public on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.

Yes, our lift will be available to use, but only for one person plus a carer at any one time.

The lift will be cleaned and sanitised as part of our enhanced cleaning schedule.

There are some minor restrictions within Towcester Racecourse, areas have clear TV screens to view races so wherever you are sat, you will be able to view the racing. Please note you can not see the racing track from Bar 4000

At this time, we will not be facilitating onsite bookmakers. The Tote will be the only source of betting within Towcester Racecourse.

If there is availability, we will be able to transfer your booking with prior notice but on the night this will not be possible.

Restrictions in movement apply to everyone. Unfortunately, trainers will not be able to visit tables anywhere in the stadium.

We will have social distancing officers located around the stadium. We are all in this together and your safety as well as ours is the top priority. We will work in accordance with the current guidelines in a friendly and professional manner.

Yes. You will be able to stand up, but please be considerate to those around you.

Parking is still available for all our customers and is currently free. Please follow our guidance and instructions when walking from your car to Towcester Racecourse entrance.

Our dress code is smart casual both in the restaurant and bar areas.

You can place Win, Place, Forecast, Trio, and Pick 6 Jackpot bets on the tote.

There are currently between 10 and 14 races.
