We are looking for waitresses and waiters to work Monday & Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons, in both the Trap To Line Café, Empress Restaurant and VIP Boxes supporting the Head Chef in his role.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a good communicator
- Have a strong customer service experience
- Be confident and capable of making quick decisions to deal with a range of situations
- Have experience in the kitchen catering
- Be able to thrive in a busy and high-pressured kitchen
After a probationary period, if needed we will put you through your basic levels of certificates.
