2026 Star Sports Orchestrate English Greyhound Derby Final – The Ultimate Derby Weekend Prize Draw

1. Promoter
The promoter is Towcester Racecourse, operated by Orchestrate Limited, registered at 5 Margaret Road, Romford, Essex, England, RM2 5SH.

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Towcester Racecourse, Orchestrate Limited, and Barking Mad Betting, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize draw period
The prize draw opens at 12pm on Thursday 28 May 2026 and closes at 12pm on Tuesday 2 June 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Primary entry: Complete the entry form at towcester-racecourse.co.uk/prize in full and confirm your availability on Friday 5 June and Saturday 6 June 2026. One primary entry per person.

Bonus entry: During the Barking Mad Betting live stream on Saturday 30 May 2026, comment the designated secret word in the YouTube comment section during the specified entry window announced by the host. By commenting the secret word, entrants agree to their YouTube handle being passed to Towcester Racecourse for the sole purpose of prize draw administration. One bonus entry per person. A bonus entry is a standalone entry and does not require a primary entry to be valid. Entrants who submit both a primary entry and a bonus entry will receive two entries in the draw.

5. Prize
One prize is available. The prize consists of:

• A two-night hotel stay for two people including breakfast and spa access at Whittlebury Park Hotel & Spa on Friday 5 June and Saturday 6 June 2026
• Transfers to and from Whittlebury Park to Towcester Racecourse on Saturday 6 June 2026
• Two general admission tickets to the 2026 Star Sports Orchestrate English Greyhound Derby Final at Towcester Racecourse on Saturday 6 June 2026
• £50 bar credit at Towcester Racecourse on Saturday 6 June 2026
• £50 Tote credit at Towcester Racecourse on Saturday 6 June 2026

6. No cash alternative
No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries following the close of the prize draw at 12pm on Tuesday 2 June 2026. The draw will be conducted by Towcester Racecourse using a verifiably random selection method and overseen by an independent person not connected with the promotion.

8. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by phone and email no later than 4pm on Tuesday 2 June 2026. The promoter will make at least two attempts to contact the winner within the notification window. Where a winner has entered via the Barking Mad Betting YouTube stream only, notification will also be made via a reply to their YouTube comment. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 12 hours of the first notification attempt, the promoter reserves the right to select and notify an alternative winner under the same conditions.

9. Prize availability
The prize is fixed to Friday 5 June and Saturday 6 June 2026 and cannot be deferred or transferred to alternative dates. By entering, entrants confirm their availability on both dates, including for an overnight hotel stay on the evening of Friday 5 June 2026. If the winner is unable to fulfil these requirements, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. The prize will be fulfilled no later than the event date of Saturday 6 June 2026, and in any event within 30 days of winner confirmation.

10. Winner announcementBy entering, the winner agrees to their first name, surname initial, and county of residence being announced on Towcester Racecourse’s social media channels and, where separately agreed, on Barking Mad Betting’s social channels. Entrants who object to the publication of this information must notify the promoter prior to the closing date by emailing marketing@towcester-racecourse.uk. Objections will be considered but the promoter reserves the right to publish confirmation that a valid award has taken place.

11. Data
Your personal data will be processed by Towcester Racecourse (operated by Orchestrate Limited) in accordance with our Privacy Policy at towcester-racecourse.co.uk/privacy-policy. Data is collected for the purpose of administering this prize draw and, where separately consented, for email marketing communications from Towcester Racecourse. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil the prize. YouTube handles collected via stream comments will be used solely for prize draw administration and will not be used for marketing purposes.

12. General
The promoter’s decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw at any time. This prize draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Facebook, or X (Twitter). This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
