Diamond On His Way

127 days after racing to a majestic victory in the Irish Derby at Shelbourne Park, Bockos Diamond will  have his first public outing since that famous night when he steps onto the sand at Towcester on Sunday afternoon for a trial over 500m.

Graham Holland is planning to race the son of Dorotas Wildcat, who so famously raced to Derby glory at Towcester in 2018, in the Juvenile in April and is currently a short priced ante-post favourites for Derby glory.

Indeed, he is one of the shortest priced favourites in memory and, were he to win the Juvenile in the manner we have become so accunstomed, his price would contract even more.

His presence at Towcester is sure to draw huge attention and many more than normal will be tuned into the trial session on YouTube to watch the superstar in action in the first trial of Sunday’s trial session. For the record, Graham Holland is also planning to trial his Irish Derby runner-up Cheap Sandwiches, Bombay Pat, Val Tashadelek, Ardera Sam and Swords Don.
