For the first time ever we are opening our doors for individual or group hire.
Our circuit is renowned for its steadily climbing long slopes and sweeping inviting bends over a distance of 1.5miles set within picturesque rolling countryside –

Booking & Info

Maximum of 5 riders per group. No hourly slots will be shared with any other groups. Covid-19
bio-security rules apply on arrival and duration of use. All riders must be over the age of 18 to ride on the track. Please see a copy of full terms and conditions below the booking form.

1 horse = £50.00 per hour
2 horses = £80.00 per hour
3 horses = £110.00 per hour
4 horses = £120.00 per hour
5 horses = £120.00 per hour

Towcester Racecourse – Track Hire
Towcester Racecourse (the “Track”), and being permitted to participate in  use of  the grass Track  for horse riding purposes  only by execution of this General Release and Waiver of Liability hereby:   We reserve the right to refuse entry to Towcester Racecourse premises We reserve the right to refuse any entry or booking. All visitors agree to terms & conditions of use and sign below before using any of the facilities   Abide by complying to the strict Covid-19 biosecurity Rules as outlined below:
  • Only bring one person for one horse or two horses, two people.
  • Park all vehicles allowing a 10m distance between both sides.
  • Bring your own water and washing off facilities.
  • There will be 15 minutes allowed to wash down, if needed after using the track.
  • Bring your own drinking water – horses and human.
  • Take all rubbish home with you.
  • Maximum of 5 horses on the Track at one time keeping a minimum of 2m between each horse and rider on Track.
  • Due to Covid-19 toilet facilities cannot be used.
  • Bring hand sanitiser with you and apply during your visit.
  • Do not touch any gates, fencing or equipment if unnecessary – keep contact to a minimum.
  • We recommend Face masks to be worn whilst on track.
  • We recommend vehicles to be anti-bac wiped inside on arrival
  • We recommend people travel in separate cars if not from the same household..
  I confirm that I understand and acknowledge that activities involving horses can be dangerous and horses can act in a sudden and unpredictable (changeable) way, especially if frightened or hurt. There is a significant risk that serious INJURY or DEATH may result from any such activities, therefore  ALL riders MUST have public liability insurance and sign the waiver form prior to riding the course – copy to be sent by email to mchelle.baker@towcester-racecourse.co.uk before arrival of your booked hire session. I Acknowledge that I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown and I voluntarily participate at my own risk and assume sole responsibility for any injury, death or property damage I may suffer that arises from my participation in the Activities. RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, you or any of your Directors, Associates or employees, for any loss or damage, and any claims, including any claim for death or personal injury, or injury to me or my horses, ponies, or loss of personal property, whether arising from control or supervision of spectators, providing or failing to provide medical care, first aid, emergency communications, emergency transportation, or design, maintenance or repair of any facility or anything or any other act caused by you or otherwise while I am in or upon the Track. I confirm that all personal property kept, placed or left on or about the Track shall be at my sole risk as to loss, theft, injury or damage and you shall have no responsibility for such loss, theft, injury of damage for any such personal property including but not limited to horses, ponies, tack and vehicles. I acknowledge and agree that equestrian activities are dangerous and involve risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage and that such activities are extremely dangerous and hazardous. I consciously and voluntarily assume all such risks, dangers and hazards inherent in these activities. Ground conditions due to the surface being grass can       change according to weather, this making the surface vary from hard to soft. All riders and horses use the Track at own risk knowing what the ground conditions are like and should ride responsibly to reflect ground conditions.   Properly fitting hard riding hats, to current British standards, and footwear with heels must be worn at all times whilst mounted. Back protectors, to British Eventing standard to be worn. It is an express condition of every person upon entering the facilities that he/she agrees, and all riders to be over 18 years of age, agree, that he/she does so at his/her own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises. I accept full responsibility for myself, my guests, my employees and my animals. NO dogs or any other animals other than the horse attending are allowed on Towcester Racecourse. I agree to be wholly responsible for all damage caused by me, my guests, my employees, my horses, or anyone on the Track with my consent or at my request. I can confirm that I have  public liability insurance to protect my exposure and those of my horses. I further confirm that if I bring anyone employed by me to the Track I will have the appropriate employers’ liability insurance. Accepted entry or booking implies acceptance of the terms & conditions of the hire of facilities. Your online payments go direct to our bank account through a secure payment service provider. All transactions and online payments are made in £ Pound Sterling   Cancellations made before or within 24 hours will be issued a credit or refund providing that weather conditions are such that the facility in question is unfit for use i.e. flooding, snow, dense fog, ice or excessive wind speeds and an amber or red weather warning for the Towcester area has been issued by the Met Office. Where a cancellation results in a credit being placed on your account, the credit must be used within 3 months of issue. After this point, credit is removed from your account.   I agree: (a) to abide by, follow and adhere to all the rules, regulations and by-laws which apply to the Activities or at the Track or any instructions given to me or in relation to the Activities or the Track from time to time. (b) To follow the directions of any event organiser or official. (c) That any misconduct or refusal by me to follow any direction of any organiser or official can result in the CANCELLATION of my participation in the Activities and my immediate removal from my horse NO MATTER where that may occur. I confirm that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this document and having carefully read and understood the above, I fully understand its terms and the risks set forth herein and agree to accept full responsibility for my exposure to such risks. Furthermore, I acknowledge a full and complete understanding for the limitations of liabilities and waiver of certain rights that I may have and granting of releases contained herein and knowingly, freely and voluntarily consent thereto.
