Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use Our Site. By accessing and using Our Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using Our Site.

Our Site is a website operated by The Towcester Racecourse Company Limited (“we” or “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 230773 and have our registered office at Towcester Racecourse, London Road, Towcester, Northamptonshire NN12 6LB. Our VAT number is GB120529701. We are a limited company.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from Our Site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on Our Site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

    Transactions concluded through Our Site

    Contracts for the supply of services by us and which are formed through Our Site are governed by the terms and conditions of those services which will be made available to you either by hard copy or electronically before you confirm your booking.

    Viruses, hacking and other offences

    You must not misuse Our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Our Site, the server on which Our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to Our Site. You must not attack Our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

    By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.     Your use of Our Site

Failure to comply constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use Our Site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

    • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use Our Site.
    • Issue of a warning to you.
    • Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
    • Further legal action against you.
    • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

    We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms of Use. The responses described in these Terms of Use are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

    Where Our Site contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

    Jurisdiction and applicable law

    The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to Our Site, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

    These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

    Free Prize Draw Rules

    1. To enter this draw you must be 18 years old or over and resident in the UK.
    2. The draw will run until Friday, 14th July 2017 and the closing date for receipt of entries is Friday 14th July 2017 at 5.30pm.
    3. Prize will be drawn on Monday, 18th July 2017.
    4. Entries can be made by completing the VEback customer feedback survey on line via the Towcester Racecourse website or via email link.
    5. You must not be an employee, agent or director of Towcester Racecourse of The Venue Experience Team Limited
    6. The winner will be selected shortly after the draw closes, and notified by email.
    7. Towcester Racecourse reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
    8. Towcester Racecourse and VEback reserve the right to reject any competition/draw entry.
    9. The prize is a meal for two in the Empress Suite Restaurant for Greyhound Racing Hospitality on a Saturday night from 5th August until 30th September.
    10. Prizes are as stated and no cash alternative will be offered.
    11. The prize draw winner will be selected at random from completed feedback forms for The Star Sports English Greyhound Derby 2017
    12. Prize winners will be informed of any terms and conditions and validity relating to the prizes.
    13. Towcester Racecourse decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    14. Entry implies acceptance of all these rules.
