If you are looking for a unique venue close to Northampton or Milton Keynes, we have the perfect place for you.

Towcester Racecourse is situated in the stunning Northamptonshire countryside and provides you with state-of-the-art AV technology and PA systems to support a small business meeting in one of our luxury VIP Boxes to conferences for up to 400 delegates in our Empress Suite. Break out areas are also available in our floor to ceiling, glass fronted VIP boxes.

Towcester Racecourse is an MIA accredited Venue and is also part of the HBAA too.

Amongst these there are the good, the very good and the absolutely fantastic. It’s because our team are among those that are ‘absolutely fantastic’ individuals that we have won the Venue Team of the year award for 2017.

On Friday the 6th of October 2017, an excited few of our Team travelled to London to the MIA List 2017 Awards Ceremony. Knowing we had been shortlisted for Venue Team of the Year was a huge privilege in itself, but to actually win the award, when up against other well deserving candidates, was a true honour.

Business Meeting Rooms

Our Empress Boxes are located within our art deco themed Empress Stand, which sits directly opposite the rolling Northamptonshire countryside, creating panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows as well as the surrounding balconies. Not only does this provide the spectacular views but also indulges the room with bountiful natural daylight throughout.

With its formal art deco features and lounge suite, the Emperor Box is an ideal space for executive board meetings; networking lunches; small business meetings and corporate hospitality. The art deco theme creates the feeling of a well defined building with history and effervescence created both from its racing past and present, however purposefully designed for corporate use the style flows throughout extending to the artwork on the walls.

Towcester Racecourse is a fantastic venue and was perfect for our recent conference. The variety of rooms available allowed us to organise an event that was different to the normal ‘death by PowerPoint’ something for people to really remember.
The main room was perfect for presentations to a large audience, we used the VIP boxes for smaller breakout rooms and the large bar area for holding trade stands. The entire venue is extremely well presented and fitting for events of any stature, the views from the grandstand are absolutely stunning and all the rooms have great natural light.
There is a real feeling of heritage and history about the place which you just don’t get at most conference venues.
All the staff at Towcester Racecourse are really friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate anything we needed. Towcester race course is a great venue for a business event. Excellent free car parking, no squeezing into tight spaces here. Amazing views from the conference rooms with a good choice of different sized conference rooms so whether you are hosting a large event or a small team meeting, they will have something to suit your needs.
